You can never predict it

It makes you happy

Elmar and Ramel are identical twins. Although they look the same, their personalities are in contrast. Elmar, who's the oldest, is naughty and jolly while Ramel, the youngest, is serious and obedient. They do things together and wear the same outfit each day. Both enjoy the company of each other without the interference of other people. There comes a time that both of them have to grow up and learn something. To avoid confusions, their parents sent them in two different schools. Elmar goes to West High Elementary School while Ramel went to East High Elementary School. In new surroundings, the twins formed their own circle of friends. They learned to socialize with other people. Sometimes because of Elmar's naughtiness, they exchange places. Elmar will go to Ramel School and vice versa.

One day on his way home, Elmar fought with his classmate. The fight turned from words to fist. Luckily, Elmar is a fighter. He beat his opponent and went home happily, excited to tell Ramel about it. Later did he know that the guy he beat is the younger brother of a fierce gangster. On the next day, Ramel's class was shortened so while preparing to leave the school, he called her brother on the phone but no one answered. "Maybe he's busy", he thought and walked home alone. As he was about to round the corner to their house, a group of guys were following him. Scared, he called his brother again and again, but his phone was off. He was running, when he realized that there were three guys in front of him. One was tall and scary looking. The other one was short and grumpy. Behind them was a boy who was the same age as him and full of wound in the face. The boy pointed Ramel and said to his companions that he's the one who beat him. Ramel didn't understand what they were talking about. He did not remember beating someone. Then he realized Elmar beat a boy just the other day. He thought maybe this was the boy Elmar beat last night and now seeking for revenge. He observed that the boy's companions were carrying a baseball bat and a knife. They were advancing to him quickly. The guys that were following him a while ago were now encircling him. A nasty smile played on their lips. He firmly holds his the phone on his left hand and tried calling his brother. Again, no one answered. A hard thing slammed the back of Ramel that made him dizzy. Strong punches on his stomach followed. Blood was now pouring out of his mouth and nose. Then he felt a sharp thing slowly piercing his body. He cried and shouted in pain but knew no one will hear him. He's surrounding was now in blur. He could faintly see the retreating figures of the people around him. He felt very tired and sleepy. The last thing he could see before engulfing into eternal sleep was the smiling face of his brother.

Meanwhile, Elmar, who joined his friends to gallivant, just remembered to call his brother. He realized that his phone was off and when he turned it on there were 30 missed calls from Ramel. He went home quickly, worried about what had happen to Ramel. When he arrived, a lot of cars were parked near their house and teary-eyed people come and go in their house. He ran inside confused and worried. There, lying inside a coffin was his brother. Tears were now flowing down his face. His mother went up to him and embraced him. He asked how did this happen and his mother told her the story. He cried and cried blaming himself about the death of his brother. He went to the coffin to see the face of his brother. More tears flowed from his seeing not an accusing face but smiling face of his brother. The only word he can utter at that moment was I'm sorry....

"Sorry, I don't want to be friends with you. You're weird and unpopular". These were the words that marked  the miserable high school life of  Erna Coquilla, 16 years old and a victim of bullying. She is not good with words and  talking that's why she has few friends. Her parents are in abroad and her few relatives live far away from her place. At school, her classmates often bully her. One time, her classmate named Dan locked her on the comfort room for fun. She was there for six hours. She yelled for help but nobody answered her cries. Luckily, a janitor came to clean the place. She was hungry and scared. She wanted to cry but knew it will be useless. The deed was done and it  left a big wound in her soul. The weak is always the one to shut up and endure the mischief of the strong.

The bullying continued for three long years and every day were like hell for her. Students she doesn't know pour juices on her uniform. The boys sitting in the back of her chair call her rude names and others ask her to make their assignments. Because of those bullying, she felt lost, alone, confused and the need to end her sufferings. At exactly 7:30 in the morning, she went to the highest building on their school and in front of the people who bullied her, she ended her life.

She was just one of the many who suffered from bullying at school and everywhere..Her story will teach us that bullying is not good and therefore must be stopped...NO TO BULLYING!!!
